Dear ferreters,
  I tried to open a nc file an error message appeared and control returned to shell prompt. Is there any problem with nc file? Details as follows 

   NOAA/PMEL TMAP
     FERRET v6.05  
     Linux(g77) 2.4.21-32 - 07/27/07
