It is easy to make gifs as large as your screen. Make the plot, then
drag to resize the window as large as you want. Then FRAME to make the
gif.
Otherwise use Fprint to make a ps => pdf. That is a vector graphic
that can be resized indefinitely. Most image display software can then
export to jpg, png, etc at any resolution.
