[ferret_users] ferret license and source code?

I was just looking at the license and I don't understand it.

I searched the archives a bit, can't find any previous discussion. I saw a couple of posts from persons asking where to find the source code or whether the source code was available, but no replies. The web site has teh license, but the faq has no discussion of it. (guess my question is infrequently asked.)

If i were to package a version of ferret as a centos rpm, would that violate the license?
