Re: [ferret_users] emacs

Thank you Ryo & Mark
I have tested a jnl file may be in an un professional way but it works
what I tried is as below
edited a jnl file in emacs
saved it by
C-x C-s
then M-! for getting shell prompt and then at prompt issued the command
ferret < test.jnl &
this produced the graphics
But if the above chain of command can be wrapped into a single shell
then I think the problem is solved.
best regards,
sjo

$ cat test.jnl
use levitus_climatology
set view ul
fill temp[x=40:100,y=0:30,k=1]
set view ur
fill salt[x=40:100,y=0:30i,k=1]
