Hi,

 

I've met the same error as you did.

 

There are two ways to resolve this problem.

(1) You can add the following words at the top of the Finstall scrip:

     setenv LANG C

(2) You can also log in Linux system with LANGUAGE--English. FERRET installation will work OK, too.
