[ferret_users] New Ferret documentation format

Hi everyone,
We have moved to a new tool for serving all the Ferret documentation. If 
you visit

  http://ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/

You'll see this new look. With this tool, you can search the 
documentation via the Search window in the upper left.  Use the 
navigation across the page to find the contents you're used to seeing.

Parts of this are still under construction; we will continue to import 
everything and make sure all the links work. In the meantime, returning 
to the main page at http://ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/ will get you started again.
