Hi - No, I'm afraid there is not a way to get around this with Ferret
version 6. You will need to upgrade to a more recent Ferret
executalble. nguyen@xxxxxxxxxx wrote: Hi Ansley I use Ferret v6. Indeed it seems to be due to the file size (it is big!). And I've check the machine on which it works, the version is FERRET v5.80. So is there a way to overcome it using v6?Hi Hanh, Which version of Ferret are these machines running? A Google search for the error message px_get: Assertion `offset >= 0' failed shows that this is an error with large-file access. Some versions of Ferret previous to the most recent ones were built with OPeNDAP libraries that did not have large-file support. Ansley |
