[ferret_users] Contour labels not appearing

Dear Ferreters

I can't seem to get contour labels to appear on my plot, from a GRD
format ascii data file.  The Ferret session log is below.

I tried with other sample ferret datasets and the contour labels appear;
but not the for dataset in question.  The contours and everything else
appear okay but just no contour labels.  The labels should appear by
default, shouldn't it?  Any ideas how to fix this?  I've read some of
the past entries about this problem which suggests using "conset".  I
tried using "ppl conset ..." with various values, but no luck.  I even
tried plotting only 1 contour line and still no label, even though there
appears to be ample room for the label.  But in my experimentation, if I
plot a subset of the data, e.g. /i=1:200/j=1:200/, the labels appear.
