[ferret_users] multiplication on ferret

Hi!

Does anyone have an idea how could I calculate the 
transport of salt along a track
when i have a salinity field and water velocity field 
(vector field)?
I know that I should just multiply salinity field with 
projection of velocity field,
but my problem is that I don't know how to do that 
multiplication.
Projection can be made with command COS(track).
