[ferret_users] diapycnal velocity

Hi Ferreters,

I'm wondering how to calculate diapycnal velocity in FERRET, given the 
Cartesian velocity vector (u,v,w), potential temperature and salinity 
data from a z-coordinate c-grid ocean model; and if computable, whether 
the resulting diapycnal velocity is above the uncertainty level of (u,v,w)?
