Hi Ag,
There is a script called plot_swath.jnl which makes a color-filed area 
between two curves. To see how to use it run the demo script 
  yes? go plot_swath_demo.jnl

A second demo discusses this and also gives examples of how to make 
lines to show the size of error bars:

  yes? go error_bars_demo.jnl
