[ferret_users] Labeling slanted cross section: Irregular Spacings

Hello Ferreters,
 I want to make a cross section that runs diagonally from SW to NE and 
want to label the x-axis either in degrees or km instead of number of 
points along the cross section.  I have seen these done with two 
x-axes:  one with increments in longitude and the one below with 
increments in latitude.  I am working with satellite data, so the 
spacings between data are irregular.  Is there a way to label the 
x-axis without defining a constant dx? My radii go like this:

 -546.1616, -452.1869, -369.0840, -295.1372, -227.5892, -164.7223,
-107.1877, -51.99463, 0, 50.72416, 100.3794, 147.8983, 195.4181,
242.9382, 290.2569, 338.8441, 388.4994       Thanks for any suggestions,
