[ferret_users] bug or change in mp_plate_caree?

Hello,

has there been a change in mp_plate_caree, or is there a bug?

This works fine with ferret 5.70:

use coads_climatology
go mp_plate_caree
set grid sst
shade sst[l=1],x_page,y_page

However, with ferret 5.81 the main plot is all white (colorbar
and ticks and labels around it are correctly plotted).

I'm using the Linux statically linked version on RHL7.3 and 8.0.
