[ferret_users] [ferret] converting excel data to ncdf

I  have data in excel 

     - cols are:    station,  lon, lat, depth, time, var1, var1, var3,  ..., var50

     -  the number of rows is arbitrary

 I  need to  generate  a netcdf file, which  I  can use to feed LAS

 

(In the future, I  will need to read the variable names, so  I  don't  have to hardcode them in xml)
