Hi Ashraf,
Welcome to Ferret!  We do not have the /THICK qualifier on contour 
plots, only 1-dimensional line plots.  We should have added this option 
as well as the /COLOR qualifier, and I will put this on our list to add! 
For now you will need to use a /PEN qualifier instead,

/PEN=1  thin black
/PEN=2 thin red
...

/PEN=7  medium black
/PEN=8  medium red
...
/PEN=13  thick black
/PEN=14  thick red
...
