Re: Fat white contour lines

Hi All,

Neat trick Billy. I had never realized how line number
and CONTOUR/COL combine color and thickness. And for those
among us who like to thicken their contour lines, but who are
embarassed at the plumpness of the contour values -- think of
the "ppl conpre" command that adds a prefix to the contour
value label. It can be used to slim them down while retaining
the pleasingly plum line, or even to have the label a different
color than the line!

Mick

! demo of plump contour line but slim label
fill/i=1:80/j=1:60 i+j
ppl color,6,100,100,100
CONTOUR/OVER/COL=18/i=1:80/j=1:60/set i+j
ppl conpre,@p6 ; ppl contour/over

! ditto but with the label a different color
fill/i=1:80/j=1:60 i+j
ppl color,6,100,100,100
CONTOUR/OVER/COL=18/i=1:80/j=1:60/set i+j
ppl conpre,@p2 ; ppl contour/over
