How to plot data at particular time of a file

Hello Ferret Users,

I have point data looks like :-

currently SET data sets:
1> ./CO2_January_2003.nc (default)

name title I J K L
YEAR Year of Observation ... ... ... 1:186039
MONTH Month of Observation ... ... ... 1:186039
DAY Day of Observation ... ... ... 1:186039
HOUR Hour of Observation ... ... ... 1:186039
MINUTE Minute of Observation ... ... ... 1:186039
LON Longitude .. ... ... 1:186039
LAT Latitude .. ... ... 1:186039
NCHAN Number of Channels .. ... ... 1:186039
CO2 Tropospheric CO2 .. ... ... 1:186039

My problem is :-

Can we plot saparately the 'night and early morning' (local time) and 'noon and afternoon'(local time) CO2 values verses other variables like
lon,lat.

Is it possible in ferret that any function takes care of time of the day
and it takes out that part of data separately on the map.

Many thanks in advance,

Regards,
Yogesh
