missing y-axis limit

Hi all,

I have a problem in getting the right y-axis label limit. I'm plotting a
time-series data using
yes? ppl axlint 1 1
yes? plot/vlimits=-1.8:-1.6:0.01 sst[x=5:10@ave,y=-66:-68@ave]

y-label looks like this, -1.80, -1.79,-1.78 ..... -1.61. 
That is it stops at -1.61 instead of -1.60 (actual data limit) and no
axis tick is drawn 
at -1.60 either. How do I fix this problem? (If I change the limit from
-1.6 to -1.598888, it works).
