About converting data from NETCDF file to ASCII file

Dear Ferret Users;

I would appreciate your help on the following question:

I have some NETCDF files in which the data are temperature, salinity, u and
v velocity components. Is there one way to extract one region (for example:
x=0:10.5E, y=38.9N: 44.5N, z=0:31) and writing in ASCII format file?
