different scale legend

Hello,Dear ferret users

	how to plot vector of u(horizontal) and w(vetical) with different scale legend?

for example, 1/2 inch means 1m/s of u velocity, 1mm/s of w velocity, and  add the 

scale legend  to the plot simutaneously?
