Print version of manual for ferret v5.5?

Hi,

I once printed the PDF version for Ferret 5.22. This was very
convenient, 
but now I wanted to print the manual for the newest version 5.51. The
only 
problem is that in the PDF-file for v5.51 all page numbers have 
disappeared. Is there a special print version available with page
numbers, 
more suitable for printing?
