SET WINDOW/SIZE is always relative to the size of the output device,
and if you specify a size that's too large, Ferret resets it to the
display size.
But, you can get larger plots with PPL SIZE and PPL AXLEN
commands, and use the gksm2ps option to increase the size of the
postscript output. Here is a recent message about this:
