new TMAP ERR
Hi;
I've made a netCDF file in matlab, but when I try and read it in ferret,
ferret doesn't like the time axis. Here's what happens:
goofy> ferret
NOAA/PMEL TMAP
FERRET v5.40
Tru64 V4.0E - 02/19/02
12-Nov-02 10:56
yes? use NEP2_bry_npac9.nc
yes? sho dat
currently SET data sets:
1> ./NEP2_bry_npac9.nc (default)
name title I J K L
ZETA_WEST
free-surface western boundary c 1:552 ... ... 1:12
ZETA_SOUTH
free-surface southern boundary 1:212 ... ... 1:12
yes? stat zeta_west
free-surface western boundary condition

Y: N/A
Z: N/A
**TMAP ERR: Message not found
I've never seen this error message before, and can't find it in the ferret
mail archives. I'm not convinced the problem is with the netCDF file.
I've ncdump'd it, and don't see any errors. Matlab, also, can read the
file fine. Also, ferret can read the first 2 time records fine, but gives
the error message with l=3 or more.
Any ideas what to try?
Liz
