C and Ferret

I am not sure to well understand what you want to do. But I could tell you
it is possible to communicate with Ferret from a C program. I don't know
for Fortran and other language.

I communicate with Ferret within a C program and that is very clean. I use
Ferret to represent my datas either. I could show you an exemple of how I
work if you want.
