dataset name! instead of descriptor file name?

Hi, Dear Ferreters:

I am using Ferret Descriptor file to inform the Ferret which data sets I
would like Ferret to look at. But, I hope the corresponding data sets
name could appear in the output result instead of the Descriptor file
name. Can we do that?
