Fourier

Dear Ferret users,
 
I'm a beginner of Ferret. Now I'm dealing with the
3D  data of H(i,j,l) (l means time), I want to use
Fourier to analysize the data, which function I will
use?  And also in some years, the data will encounter
the missing data, what I should do to solve this
problem?
