No regular axis

Hello friends,
I have binary output data from my model with no regular grid in the
"y" axis. I tried to plot with ferret and used the next command:

define axis/x myaxis={2,5,6}

this is the Ferret's example and it does not work... do you know another
way to define my own coordinates?
