Geopotential at shallow oceanographic stations

Hi all,

To avoid being reinventing the wheel, I would like to ask if
someone as coded any extrapolation scheme to compute
the geopotential anomaly at shallow stations, like the ones
described in Reid and Mantyla (1976) for example.
