Irregular grid vectors

Hi Everyone,

I'm a new user to ferret, and I've tried to search the mail archive and
FAQ for this, so I thought I would try the mailing list.

It seems that the four argument VECTOR command does not work with fields
on an irregular grid. I have curvilinear output from the Princeton Ocean
Model. I wondered if anyone has found work around for plotting this type
of data?
