polar map

dear ferreters,

i am using ferret to make a 2-d plot polar stereographic map.
but it failed. my data is a four dimentional data (x,y,z,t),
with x from -180e to 179e, y from 50n to 90n and z from 0m to
-4000m.

the code i am using is:

go polar_2d fill/z=0/t=1 temp (z=0: at the surface; t=1: first data)

the output information is:

go polar_2d fill/z=0/t=1 temp
**ERROR: invalid command: Sampling of TEMP[Z=-2.5:4600,D=1] is ambiguous on Z axis
user/command=sample/opt2=c/file=polar_grid.dat/form=unf:201/opt1=HOLE-STANDARD_BAD temp,polar_xdeg[x=-1:1,y=-1:1],polar_ydeg[x=-1:1,y=-1:1],1/0,1/0
Command file, command group, or REPEAT execution aborted

i appreciated any information and helps. thanks in advance.

xiangdong
