50000 is limit

Dear friends:
   I am a  user of ferret.
   I have one question that needs your help:
   I use "set objective" to fill a map. There are 120000 points in my nc file. The computer told me: too many input point_limit:50000.Who can tell me how to overcome this problem?Although I set mode desperate :100000, computer can read nc .
