Dear Ferreters,

after I insalled Ferret 5.22 on my Linux PC (SuSe 6.0, Kernel 2.0.36) ferret
immediately crashes with the message:

ferret: error in loading shared libraries
: undefined symbol: _IO_2_1_stderr_  

Can anybody help me with this?
