colors and patterns on the one graph

Hi All,

I'm new to this list so I hope I am not going over
previously discussed items, I did check the archives
though and didn't find an answer to my question.

I have been asked to produce a plot with colour for the
positive values and patterns for the negative values.  
I am using the 'fill' option for this plot, and my
values run from -35 to +35.  I can do an entire graph 
in patterns but I can't see how to combine both on the 
one plot.

Any advice will be appreciated.
