Mission:  Service TAO moorings along 110W and 95W in the 
   eastern tropical Pacific.  Deploy EPIC moorings along 95W.
   Recover and deploy VENTS moorings along 110W and 95W.
   Includes recovery and deployment of deep-
   water moorings, hydrographic measurements (CTDs), and underway 
   observations.
