Code is ROMS 1.8, enhanced with the Scalable Modeling System (SMS) from the Forecast Systems Laboratory (FSL) to enable it to run on their distributed memory Alpha and Intel supercomputers. Dan Schaffer, at FSL, did the SMS coding.
