LAS installation update

Hi Jon,

Tomcat wasn't seeing my hand-built las.war.. I figured that out, and it
is running! 

However, I am having problems in Netscape 6.0, when I try to generate an
image I get this:

LAS Error
The following error message was received from LAS:

Can't create debug file log/GenericLAS_debug.txt (protection problem?)
at LAS/Server.pm line 455.
