I did a quick test with our highest resolution grid, which is a 30
arc-second grid -- 120 rows and columns per degree. In successive attempts I
typed in coordinates that incremented longitude by one grid cell
(0.008333333 degrees) and did indeed notice a slight offset in the display
image with each trial.
However, I don't know if this qualifies as "small."
