Netscape 6x

Hi,

I removed the restriction and tested Netscape 6.1 against my customized LAS user 
interface.  It seems to work fine.  The build details are Netscape 6.1
(Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.2) Gecko/20010726 Netscape6/6.1).

I also tested 6.01A on Solaris 2.7 against the same LAS installation.  It fails 
loading the Java map.

I don't have a unadulterated LAS running right at the moment that I can test 
against so I don't know how 6.1 does in that case.
