Dear ferret users

I try to find max/min values with a 3D netcdf dataset which has X,Y,T dimension.
Horizontal max/min distribution are the goals to derive(only X,Y).
So this means I have to find max/min values along T-axis, and keeps X,Y dimensions.
Is there any better way to derive this instead of looping procedure?
