You can get the source code for all of Ferret, here,
http://ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/static/Downloads/ferret_source_downloads.html

Ferret is written in Fortran and C. The eof functions are in thedirectory FERRET/fer/efi/*eof*.F

(Also, a general suggestion when writing the Ferret List. Use a subjectline that relates to the question instead of replying to an unrelatedquestion. It just makes it easier to search the archives for topics.)
