[ferret_users] Problems with mp_ projections and curvilinear data

I'm trying to plot some curvilinear data with various mp_ scripts  
(lambert_cyl, plate_caree, and orthographic so far) and I'm running  
into some big problems.

For the X/Y projections, I'm getting contours that go straight across  
the plot - is it required that the longitudes be defined as having  
the "modulo" attribute (they are not) and be monotonically increasing  
(they are not)?

For all 3 projections, a call to 'go mp_land' only draws the  
continential outlines from 0 to 90N - nothing below the equator.

Any suggestions?
