[ferret_users] How to smoothen timeseries plot?

Hi all

I've managed to plot a timeseries of 3-hrly tide heights.  However, each 
datapoint is joined by straight lines.  Is there a convenient ferret way 
to smoothen it, like say, the way MS Excel does it?

PLOT/x=1/y=1/line=1 H
