monthly Averages

Dear Users
                       Is there any way to get corret monthly averages from a 
specified number of data from each month. (eg. 5th 15th and 25th
I want to average these three values and put as monthly average.)
I have 3 observations per month , when I tried the following way  I am 
getting an error as below. Please help me if any body have a solution .
