Hi everyone,
If somebody has a resource for the lat/lon locations of
new borders, please let the Users list know where it is.
A method for using such data is outlined in the FAQ,
Detailed
Coastlines and Borders at
http://ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/Ferret/FAQ/graphics/coastlines.html

This FAQ points to a resource for coastline, boundary, and river
locations which is not up-to-date either, but the writeup shows
how to use any more recent data if it's available somewhere.
