Accommodations:
All participants will stay in the same hotel located one block from the conference center and major downtown Seattle attractions. We will pay for your lodging directly, but you will be responsible for any incidental costs (e.g. phone, mini-bar). Reimbursements:
We will cover all reasonable expenses for people arriving on Tuesday, June 1 and departing Saturday, June 5. Flights and hotel will be paid directly by us to minimize out-of-pocket expenses. You will be reimbursed for taxi or shuttle fares to the hotel.

Food:
Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the workshop. You will be reimbursed for dinner on your own. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Entertainment (sponsored by the University of Washington Program on Climate Change):
All participants are invited to join us for a 3-hour dinner cruise aboard the Royal Argosy in Puget Sound on Thursday evening, June 3. There will be a buffet dinner and live entertainment including a comedian and Karaoke.
